I was born into a middle class
family in Kralanh district (54km to the west of Siem Reap town).
Originally, my family lived in Phnom Penh but were evacuated to
Siem Reap for agriculture labour when the Khmer Rouge took
control of Phnom Penh. My father was a professor. He was killed
during the Khmer Rouge’s regime, at the same time that I was
born. My mother is still alive today and she works as a nurse at
Kralanh Hospital.
I have two brothers and two
sisters. My two sisters live with my mother. One of my brothers
graduated from the National Institute of Management (NIM) and
now lives in Canada. My other brother lives in Siem
Reap. I have been married for almost five years and I have
five year old & baby sons.
Currently, I have graduated in English
Literature (B.ED)
at Build Bright University, which I had attended for the
past four years (2007). I enjoy challenges and am constantly
developing myself so that I can perform better in everything
that I do.
